ARTS/CULTURAL EVENTS

Professional Consulting for PRIVATE Events, PUBLIC Events, COMMUNITY Events, CORPORATE Events

OVERVIEW

PLANNING - MANAGEMENT - LOGISTICS - PROMOTIONS - CONSULTING

A truly professional approach, plus great ideas and people means success for your next important Event

Since 2012 I've advised a range of people and organisations as a professionally qualified Major Public Events Manager. This includes Private, Public, Government and Not-for-Profit entities, both in New Zealand and overseas.

For a decade prior to this I have had a personal background in the music industry, managing local entertainment acts, have recorded and released original music (with commercial radio play), supported international touring acts as well as directing or assisting in the critical planning, management and promotion of Events specifically in this space.

This means I understand the broader Event space from a number of critical perspectives, giving you practical, deep level knowledge of what acts, entertainers, support crew, management and logistics require to put on successful Events, particularly in the Performing Arts space, all round.

Event Director
AMI Round the Bays 2012
Alan's technical skills were superb, and his eye for detail and critical thinking resulted in 3 documents which have since been used extensively to streamline processes for AMI Round the Bays. I would recommend Alan to anyone who is seeking to review processes around their major events.
I would like to acknowledge the work of Alan my assistant for the event. He was excellent and I cannot recommend him highly enough if you need event management or production support... fabulous to work with this year in the Dance Zones, worked hard, took initiative and went the extra mile.

Can I just thank you for the IT and Web development work for the Conference. It was great to be able to know exactly what was happening in such a timely manner and with such ease – it was the first thing we checked from our Hotels, this was much appreciated by all our members at this years gathering.
